Mountain Description for Beinn na Lap

Beinn na Lap is a munro in Scotand and is located in the area Loch Linnhe to Loch Ericht as defined by SMC

(and lies in region known as Loch Ossian )

Beinn na Lap is a featureless whale back shaped hill on stands isolated on its own overlooking Loch Ossian on it's south east.

Beinn na Lap is one of the easiest munros to climb, despite the fact it's quite a long way from the nearest road as it requires a short train journey to Corrour Station to reach it's foot.

The summit of Beinn na Lap offers views contrasting between the mountainous ridges to the west (Nevis, The Aonachs,The Grey Corries), and the flat expanse of Rannoch Moor to the south
