This route ascends a couple of the most remote munros in a huge area between Glen Carron & Glen Sheil and really require work to get access to them.

Starting from Craig, 3km east of Achnashellach on the A890 cross the railway line and following the track easterly arching along the Allt a'Chonais. This track runs for 5km (bike useful) and you should ignore a couple of turnings off on the right hand side. Eventually come to a crossing point over the river where you need to use the second wire bridge. Continue on a stalker path upto Bealach Bhearnais then ascend the north eastern nose of Beinn Tharsuinn climbing 3 minor tops then onto the summit.

From the summit of Beinn Tharsuinn NH05524334 descend south passing a tiny lochan onto a col and then diagonally onto another col below Bidein a'Choire Sheasgaich. The way up isn't obvious as you need to follow a faint path through some crags. Leave this path about half way up heading right up grassy ramp which is then straightforward and emerges by a tiny lochan; then ascend onto munro summit. The ascent of Lurg Mhor is straight forward from a broad grassy col on the southeast.

The descent is from the broad grassy col where you head down traversing around the eastern flanks of Beinn Tharsuinn back to Bealach Bhearnais where the return can be made.
