Access: Easy access from the south by the A87 road from Invergarry which continues from Shiel Bridge to Kyle.

The South Sheil Ridge some times called The South Cluanie Ridge attracts many a Munro bagger. These mountains on the Southern site are joined by one long ridge stretching from Craig nan Damh on the West to Craig a' Mhaim on the East.

The whole ridge can be completed in a single outing. It is also possible to split into two by descending Maol Chinn-dearg, this is approx halfway.
