Beinn a' Chlachair, Creag Pitridh & Geal Charn

Ardverikie Circuit is a route in “The Ardverikie” region / range which is located in the Loch Linnhe to Loch Ericht area of the Scottish Highlands as defined by the Scottish Mountaineering Club.

This is a mainly circular route but there are parts where you need to retrace your footsteps

Ardverikie Circuit is a good route over 3 munros starting on a good landrover track which is followed, for approx 3km when you reach the reservoir then follow path up east side of Allt Coire Pitridh and climb onto Beinn a’Chlachair and to its summit. Descend on eastern side of ridge onto stalker’s path and onto second stalker’s path which leads to the bealach between Geal Charn and Creag Pitridh then return back.

Beinn a'Chlachair is extremely steep when descending the eastern side down to the stalkers path below.
