Loch Laggin just to the north of the dam. The walk starts up the forest road from the side of Loch Laggan, then through the forest which opens up onto Beinn a'Chaorainn southern slopes. Beinn a'Chaorainn is the finer of the 2 munros and has 3 tops of similar height and a great looking eastern corrie.
