This is a mainly circular route but there are parts where you need to retrace your footsteps

This is a circuit over 3 munros on a full days outing starting just to the south of Inverlael Farm to the east of the A835 road to Ullapool. The route follows a good stalker path into Gleann na Squaib on the north of the River Lael upto Bealach an Lochain Uaine which is a return point once Beinn Dearg has been climbed.

From the peaks there are good views over surrounding areas An Teallach to the west , The Fannaichs on the south west. From the northern peak Eididh nan Clach which is also the smallest peak there are good views to the north of Ben More Assynt & Conival.
