These 3 munros are hard to reach and form a ridge along the eastern side of Gleann na Muice and together form half of the "Fisherfield Six" group of munros.

The approach is from Kinlochewe where the south eastern end of Lochan Fada can be reached from a carpark at IncMullach Coire Mhic Fhearchairheril via an estate road passing the "Heights of Kinlockewe" (Can be cycled). Once the lochan is reached head north avoiding the crags of Creag Ghlas Mhor where a ridge can be climbed onto the summit of Beinn Tarsuinn. From hear an easy south east shoulder leads onto Bealch Odhar where a dear track can be followed onto a second Bealach below Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair, which can be reached via a climb over quartzie blocks. Sgurr Ban can be reached by a broad quartzite scree northern ridge which drops to bealach (Cab Coire nan Clach).

To return head back via Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair onto Bealch Odhar where the southern flanks of Beinn Tarsuinn can be contoured to reach the ascent ridge. Return by the approach route.
